Bug Description

The package containing Cairo GObject-introspection bindings for python 3 (which would be named python3-gobject-cairo) does not exist, neither in oneiric or precise. The package for python 2, python-gobject-cairo, does, however, exist.

This seems to be a bug in Ubuntu since other distros (e.g. openSUSE) ship these bindings for python 3.
