Bug Description

Apart from RectangleInt, you get a MemoryError using any classes like Region or Matrix.

Python 2.7.3 (default, Apr 20 2012, 22:44:07)
[GCC 4.6.3] on linux2
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.

>>> from gi.repository import cairo
>>> cairo.Region()
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
MemoryError
>>>

Ubuntu 12.04 python-gi-cairo 3.2.2-1~precise

Also tested latest quantal package, problem persists.
