autopkgtest segfault in test_from_array.py on s390x

Bug Description

pygalmesh 0.6.6-1 has failed its autopkgtest since this version was added on 2020-05-12. Runs against the prior version, 0.6.2-1, pass. Runs against architectures other than s390x also pass.

A next action for this might be to reproduce on s390x and get a full stacktrace on the segmentation fault.

I'm guessing this is a "big endian" bug exposed in code changed between 0.6.2 and 0.6.6.
