Bug Description
On Ubuntu 20.10, pychess cannot be started until more dependencies are manually installed:
python3-sqlalchemy (and its dependencies)
python3-psutil (and its dependencies)
These packages should be installed automatically with pychess package.

Confirmed with hirsute. Also python3-sqlalchemy part is reported in Debian.
