Upstream release 2.7.0 of purple plugin pack

Updated purple plugin pack 2.7.0 is not available in Oneiric, which still uses an old version from Natty. That new release fixes switchspell for example, which is broken in 2.6.3-2, available to all downloading.

If one wanted to use the new version, they need to build from source which is annoying (I am running a patched switchspell and irchelper myself).
