Bug Description
$./configure --with-
The above commands run "successfully", ignoring the invalid plugins. This caused IRC more to be removed from the Ubuntu package after being renamed from ircmore to irc-more, as described in bug 680820, which could have been avoided If build failed for "ircmore".
