Bug Description

nicksaid plugin originally shows an icon to access nicksaid on the scape in menu bar.
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/purple-plugin-pack/+bug/1243730/+attachment/3888670/+files/nicksaid_icon.png

Ubuntu uses appmenu by default and pidgin window does not have menu bar, there is no way to access nicksaid.

WORKAROUND:
use `UBUNTU_MENUPROXY='' pidgin` not to use appmenu.
