Please pull newer purple-matrix_0.0.0+git20180325-1+b1 to supported Ubuntu releases or at least Ubuntu 18.04, because the old version of purple-matrix does not work because of Matrix's changed network configuration: https://github.com/matrix-org/purple-matrix/issues/72
