Bug Description

This is a regression from Oneiric:

Steps:
- Pair Nokia BH-503 stereo BT headset to the laptop.
- Verify headset is connected: Headset LED slow-blinks blue, device appears as connected under BT settings.
- Open sound settings.
- Sources listed: Digital SPDIF out, Analog out(selected).

The connected headset's A2DP and headset profiles no longer appear as outputs/sinks; they both used to, in oneiric and natty before that. I used the A2DP output fairly often without issues.

FWIW, the same headset also works as a A2DP sink on a different Thinkpad that still runs Lucid.

Same problem with 16.04 LTS. My Philips A2DP Headset sometimes isn't listed as audio output device when it is successfully connected. Sometimes it helps to switch bluetooth off an on again, sometimes I have to remove the device and set it up again. It doesn't work reliably.

"systemctl restart bluetooth" helps.
