Audio gets distorted when load is high

When the system load goes up, the sound of every application producing sound gets distorted (as if the bitrate was very very low or I don't know). I then have to restart the application I want to produce proper sound again (rhythmbox, firefox, etc.) but I don't restart pulseaudio as a whole (at least not manually).

Please tell me which further information you need to fix that bug. Thanks.
