2011-04-04 01:49:49 Harald Glatt bug added bug
2011-04-04 01:50:38 Harald Glatt description I installed 11.04 and had very very soft (low volume) sound even though all the Ubuntu sound sliders were at max (except the one that gives you the ability to go to 200%, I left it at 100%). I figured out with alsamixer on the console that the alsa volume was at 1%. Setting it to 100% fixed the problems. I have found other people reporting similar issues as far back as 10.04: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=10635063 It seems to be a trivial thing with an easy fix? Maybe it can make it for 11.04.
