Ubuntu 9.04 pulseaudio and SB audigy SE

Bug Description

After a many problem with pulsaudio in Ubuntu 9.04 beta i finly find a way how to make it work well but,
each time i start Ubuntu I've got to start pulseaudio with a command "pulseaudio -D "
piotr@piotr-desktop:~$ pulseaudio -D
I: caps.c: Limited capabilities successfully to CAP_SYS_NICE.
I: caps.c: Dropping root privileges.
I: caps.c: Limited capabilities successfully to CAP_SYS_NICE.
E: main.c: Daemon startup failed.
piotr@piotr-desktop:~$ pulseaudio -D
I: caps.c: Limited capabilities successfully to CAP_SYS_NICE.
I: caps.c: Dropping root privileges.
I: caps.c: Limited capabilities successfully to CAP_SYS_NICE.
E: main.c: Daemon startup failed.
piotr@piotr-desktop:~$ pulseaudio -D
I: caps.c: Limited capabilities successfully to CAP_SYS_NICE.
I: caps.c: Dropping root privileges.
I: caps.c: Limited capabilities successfully to CAP_SYS_NICE.

After a few times pulseaudio is starting and working well with 5.1 speaker system.
And its working for a wile but when i start a Virtual Box its shuting it down.
Till Beta pulseadio worked perfectly well.
My sound card is SB Audigy SE.

Is this symptom reproducible using the most current daily-live desktop Lucid image?
