[Dell Vostro 3500] sound strange noise - pulseaudio

Bug Description
The sound from the speakers and headphones is distorted when the system startup. Has some strange disturbance in sound. If I issue "pulseausio -k; pulseaudio --start" the sound is correct but when another startup problem is come back. Reinstalling pulseaudio and alsa does not help. Actually my pulseaudio version is 1:13.99.
