"Dummy output" in Sound settings. nothing works.

Thanks for the bug report. Please check to see if you have 'timidity' or 'pipewire' packages installed as either of those can cause such a problem. If you don't know how, then just run this command in a Terminal:
dpkg -l > packages.txt
and attach the resulting text file here.
