Recently i bought both: 1Mii B10 and Avantree Leaf

Quick review of them on my Ubuntu 16.04 64bit

- plug and play -> both OK, no issues
- audio quality with mic enabled -> bad bad bad, no significantly different than using pc bluetooth

Therefore... there is no solution, apart from wired headset
