[VYBE, Realtek ALC892, Green Line Out, Rear] skipping/underruns

Bug Description

Audio (from many sources) skips/hiccups pretty often (I'd say at least once every 30 seconds.) Iv'e tried all three workarounds here without success: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Audio/PositionReporting

Happy to debug as needed.
