Microphones don't work after rebooting

Bug Description

Connect both rear microphone and front microphone to the PC.

In Gnome Sound settings select Rear Microphone input.

Reboot the computer.

Now both microphones don't work.

Workaround: Modify (and then modify back) the input device in Gnome Sound settings.

Gigabyte H67A-UD3H motherboard.

The settings is not a service and not involved in restoring configs after boot, it's just an interface to change the options. Removing g-c-c since the problem is not here

no longer affects: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu)
