Bug Description

trying to load module-ladspa-sink with master=uplink (virtual sink) when client was playing stream

i.e

1) deadbeef is playing (OK)
2) pacmd load-module module-virtual-source source_name=vsource uplink_sink=uplink (OK)
3) pacmd load-module module-ladspa-sink sink_name=veq master=uplink plugin=ladspa_dsp label=ladspa_dsp:eq (pulseaudio crashed)

Although Ubuntu 14.04 is still supported it is due to reach end-of-life next year.

I recommend upgrading to a newer version of Ubuntu, not least because PulseAudio 4.0 is very much out of date now and the developers would be unlikely to be able to help (the current PulseAudio version is 11.1).
