[HP Compaq Elite 8000 CMT, Realtek ALC221, Black Headphone Out, Front] No sound at all

The headphone jack is not working. I have tried messing with pulseaudio and alsamixer but I can't seem to get any sound through the jack. The headphones do work, as I have used them on my phone and other computers.
