Pulseaudio cookie should be deleted on upgrade from trusty to xenial

Bug Description
After upgrades from trusty to xenial sound volume is not saved on reboots.
That is probably because file format of the cookie has been changed.
After I deleted the cookie from ~/.config/pulse the volume started to be saved.
