Bug Description

The Ubuntu Error Tracker has been receiving reports about a problem regarding pulseaudio. This problem was most recently seen with version 1:8.0-0ubuntu2, the problem page at https://errors.ubuntu.com/problem/49276ec9f717c5268dfc99940a28fb4a56fe1b4a contains more details.

I tried to look at this, but it looks like a fairly normal volume being set. Anyone who can reproduce this? It looks like the highest crasher for pulseaudio on xenial right now.
