Bug Description

Product: bq Aquaris E4.5 & E5
FW version: OTA-9

Actual Result:
No equalizer options in music app

Expected Result:
Equalizer presets in music app

User provides the following info:

""Pulseaudio seems to have support for equalizer. It only needs a graphical interface to access it. Depending on how pulseaudio is compiled on Touch, it would be nice to have such an interface.

This is probably linked/duplicate of bug 1434832, however I personally would also like to see a system level equaliser as well as an app level equaliser.
