No sound from headphone jack

I am on:

Sound from the speakers works fine. I do not have any sound coming from the headphone jack. When I plug in my headphones there is no sound coming from the external speakers, which is expected. However, there is no sound coming from the headset.

I realize this isn't enough info, however, just adding in case others are seeing the same issue or if you have any guesses as to what I can try, thanks.
