Bug Description

Steps:
1) Start playing music in the music-app
2) Ensure that 'Dialpad tones' are enabled in the sound settings
3) Open the dialer-app
4) Press one of the numbers on the dialer
5) Notice that the audio 'ducks' to allow for the dialpad tone, but then the audio takes ~15s to then be restored to its original value

It was expected that the audio would be restored as soon as the dialpad tone ended.
