Bug Description
after switch to pulse 6 pavucontrol/kmix behavior changed in a bad way and sometimes jumps to 100%
some applications (i made some howto) just let them jump to 100% wich is bad, because when you play a loud song this can cause ear damage and hardware damage.
(how to recreate)
be in KDE Plasma, go to dolphin and to your settings. now loog at the trashcan menu whats the maximum size. close and create a file bigger as the maximum. trs to move that file to the trash. a notification will show you that you cant move it to the trash can AND pulseaudio will jump to 100% for your master channel
