Bug Description

1) Ensure the device is on utopic #100 or above
2) Start the music app
3) Start playing music (flac files are easier to hear)
4) Notice that audible drops/pops/glitches can be heard in the output (changing the volume also causes more drops)
5) Note when running a terminal with top that the CPU usage of pulseaudio is ~25% (this may be related to the dropouts)

It was expected that the audio should be played without any dropouts.

After updating to #103 the audio dropouts issue appears to be resolved (or greatly reduced) however the high CPU usage still stands.
