pulse audio showing priority as very high in system monitor in saucy and also raring .

Thisis the default behaviour. pls set it right.

Ubuntu 13.10 (saucy) reached end-of-life on July 17, 2014.
And Ubuntu 13.04 (raring) reached end-of-life on January 27, 2014.
