Bug Description

Card is seen in Alsa with playback and recording successfully (there is a headphone jack on the back of the mic itself)
Card is not seen in Pulseaudio
The USB port itself is not the issue, and other USB audio recording devices work (i.e. Webcam microphone works and is recognized)

Seems to be a kernel/driver related problem:

[43751.609481] xhci_hcd 0000:02:00.0: ERROR: unexpected command completion code 0x11.
[43751.609483] usb 3-2: Not enough bandwidth for altsetting 1
[43751.609484] 4:2:1: usb_set_interface failed (-22)

Unfortunately one cannot tell from the dmesg if this is a just a followup error with a "real" error earlier.

Are there any other logs I could pull up that may indicate whether some previous error caused this, or if infact it is some kind of bug/conflict?

Good question. I guess it would be good to have dmesg output from the instant when this is connected and you try to record, but I'm not sure if that will lead anywhere.
