Bug Description

$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu Raring Ringtail (development branch)
Release: 13.04
$ sudo apt-cache policy pulseaudio
pulseaudio:
  Installed: 1:3.0-0ubuntu4b2
  Candidate: 1:3.0-0ubuntu4b2
  Version table:

What you expected to happen
I had the bluetooth on, and the listening to a video using "JABRA connected speaker".
The sound using A2DP was flaky (not coherent). Usually I turn off the JABRA speaker and turn it on/pair it again.
Once I do that I expected it to stream again to my JABRA speaker. It worked before.

 What happened instead
This time around the pulseaudio crashed, and little speaker icon at the top right corner displayed with a "--"

Thank you for your report!

However, processing it in order to get sufficient information for the
developers failed (it does not generate a useful symbolic stack trace). This
might be caused by some outdated packages which were installed on your system
at the time of the report:

outdated debug symbol package for libcap2: package version 1:2.22-1.2ubuntu2 dbgsym version 1:2.22-1ubuntu4
libudev1 version 198-0ubuntu7 required, but 198-0ubuntu9 is available
libglib2.0-0 version 2.35.9-2ubuntu1 required, but 2.36.0-1ubuntu1 is available
libglib2.0-data version 2.35.9-2ubuntu1 required, but 2.36.0-1ubuntu1 is available
upstart version 1.7-0ubuntu1b1 required, but 1.8-0ubuntu1 is available
outdated debug symbol package for libprocps0: package version 1:3.3.3-2ubuntu5 dbgsym version 1:3.3.3-2ubuntu3
outdated debug symbol package for procps: package version 1:3.3.3-2ubuntu5 dbgsym version 1:3.3.3-2ubuntu3
libxml2 version 2.9.0+dfsg1-4ubuntu3 required, but 2.9.0+dfsg1-4ubuntu4 is available

Please upgrade your system to the latest package versions. If you still
encounter the crash, please file a new report.

Thank you for your understanding, and sorry for the inconvenience!
