Bug Description
Sound has worked on this netbook in 12.10, 12.04, 11.10, and 11.04.
Sound device is listed by lspci:

Neither of these options is listed in Sound Settings. Both should be listed with 00:14.2 selected by default if no HDMI cable is connected.
Sound stopped working immediately after upgrade from 12.10 to 13.04.
Upgrade was performed in place by changed sources.list references from quantal to raring. No errors occured during upgrade.
