Bug Description

Logitech Headset H390 is not recognized in Xubuntu 12.10 after boot or suspension without plugging out and in again. At boot when the headset is plugged in, it is not recognized in Volume Control or even in lsusb before plugging out and in again. After resumption from suspension, the headset does not work without the same plugging out and in again.
