[MSI x360] Ubuntu does not detect my microphone

I run a Wubi installation of Ubuntu 12.04 and in Sound Manager I don't get any Input devices. Is there a workaround for this?

This is a MSI x360 laptop (http://www.msi.com/product/nb/X360.html) with current production kernel:
