psmerge still uses device pswrite

Bug Description

A call to psmerge
results in the following error:

Unknown device: pswrite
Unrecoverable error: undefined in .uninstallpagedevice
Operand stack:
    defaultdevice

The bug is in line 34 of psmerge which still sets
-sDEVICE=pswrite
instead of
-sDEVICE=ps2write

psmerge is part of psutils and the fix should be done in psmerge (use ps2write instead of obsolete pswrite). Moving to psutils.
