pstoedit fails to convert .eps to .sk

Binary package hint: pstoedit

Trying to convert .eps to .svg, I followed this blog for instructions: http://kuscsik.blogspot.com/2007/06/how-to-edit-and-use-latex-eps-and-ps.html

pstoedit seems to fail on converting .eps to .sk.
