killall does not work for plugin-container, although suggested by autocompletion

Bug Description

when I write "killall plu" and press <TAB>, it autocompletes to "killall plugin-container" i-believe correctly.
But when I run the command, it returns nothing.

Sure, I can-and-will make a shell-function killall() {kill `pidof $1`} as a workaround.

But being unable to terminate the flashplayer quickly is really annoying

This used to behave correctly in oneiric

note - I have the same issue with "pgrep" from package procps: bug #954602
I am not sure if the bug is completely the same, so I filled two.

This is caused by a regression when specifying long process names (16 chars or longer). I'm marking this bug as a duplicate of a newer bug, only because the newer bug specifically identifies long process names as the core problem.
