Bug Description

Description: Ubuntu 17.04
Release: 17.04
psad:
  Installed: 2.4.3-1
  Candidate: 2.4.3-1
  Version table:
 *** 2.4.3-1 500
        500 http://gb.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu zesty/universe amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Initially noticed that psad service failed to start on boot; investigating further systemd service failed because:

"[*] The config file "/etc/psad/psad.conf" does not contain the variable: "EMAIL_ADDRESSES". Exiting! at /usr/sbin/psad line 10873"

However, line 2 of the configuration named contains the following:

"EMAIL_ADDRESSES <valid email address removed for security reasons>"

This is new behaviour noticed at some point after upgrade from 16.10 to 17.04, as both psad and it's configuration were in place and operational prior to this.

Can you check if you still have the semi-colon at the end of the line ?
