Please stop using 4.2.2.2 as dns

Currently, 4.2.2.2 is not for public use, and is not very stable. We could instead use other censor-free dns, for example,

77.109.138.45, 77.109.139.29 and 87.118.85.241 (Swiss Privacy Foundation, mit DNSSEC)

85.214.20.141 (FoeBud) and 213.73.91.35 (Chaos Computer Club)

89.233.43.71 and 89.104.194.142 (CensurfriDNS.dk)
