Here is what caused the error, I reassign:

Připravuji nahrazení proftpd 1.3.0-24ubuntu1 (pomocí .../proftpd_1.3.1-6ubuntu1_i386.deb) ...

invoke-rc.d: unknown initscript, /etc/init.d/proftpd not found.
dpkg: varování - starý pre-removal skript navrátil chybový kód 100
dpkg - zkouším raději skript z nově nainstalovaného balíku ...

This sounds like a problem on the local filesystem - also invoke-rc.d should probably not fail like this.
