Please sync proftpd-dfsg (1.3.2-3) from Debian unstable

Please sync proftpd-dfsg (1.3.2-3) from Debian unstable. The only remaining change from Ubuntu (mod_rewrite.c.dpatch) is not necessary because proftpd-dfsg build now successfully.

It build fine with a karmic pbuilder.

proftpd-dfsg (1.3.2-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * [PATCH] Now prxs.dpatch renamed 3188.dpatch to reflect assigned
    bugzilla id.
  * Added mod_sql_odbc, mod_sql_sqlite, mod_unique_id support with their
    build-deps.
  * Standard configuration changed to reflect new modules adding.
  * A couple of new packages added:
   proftpd-mod-sqlite
        proftpd-mod-odbc
    to distribute the two new SQL modules.

proftpd-dfsg (1.3.2-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.

Sync request ACKed as proftpd-basic has currently unmet deps due to the libcap1 -> libcap2 transition. With this sync it can at least be installable on i386, amd64 (and probably other archs too) again.
