The proftpd-mod-clamav version provided in Ubuntu 16.04 doesn't work.
It reports "error: Can not stat file (9): Bad file descriptor" on a new file coming to ftp folder.
This bug[1] is already reported in Debian bugtracker.
It seems to be fixed upstream[2].
We have build a new package to test the last release (0.14rc2), and it works.
It would be great if you provide this package with a working version.
