Bug Description
The "pwdx pid 0 should be invalid" test fails on arm64, which causes procps to FTBFS on this platform.
dannf@arm64:
Expect binary is /usr/bin/expect

PASS: pwdx no args
FAIL: pwdx pid 0 should be invalid <------- this one
