Bug Description
Binary package hint: procinfo
$ cat /proc/meminfo
MemTotal: 4055244 kB
It reports that I have 3.9GBs of RAM instead of 4GBs.
I guess its related to the use 1024 or 1000 units (base 2 or base 10)
