probert resize tool output not logged on failure

Please provide additional logs. Just supplying the contents of /var/log is an easy way to do this.

ntfsresize failed, but the logs don't contain the info to know why. At minimum probert needs to include full stdout/stderr/return code for such things.

After Run chkdsk /f on Windows then reboot it TWICE, the "Auto-resize" option will shown up and the Ubuntu could be installed along side with Windows without any problem.
Both Windows and Ubuntu could be boot up without any problem.

OK cool.
So not offering resize was definitely the right choice - ntfsresize was not able to do the resize at that time. We need to get better at showing that state though.
