privoxy 3.0.15-3 binds to IPv6 localhost only at boot

After boot, 'netstat -anp | grep' 8118 says:
> tcp6 0 0 ::1:8118 :::* LISTEN -
With proxy address 'localhost:8118' it works with Firefox, but very low performance.
Opera 10.10 doesn't work with these settings.

After 'sudo /etc/init.d/privoxy restart' :
> tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:8118 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN -
Firefox and Opera 10.10 both work. No performance impacts.

'/var/log/privoxy/logfile' is empty.

I had the same Problem, but as a workaround i changed in the /etc/privoxy/config the line
"listen-address localhost:8118" to "listen-address 127.0.0.1:8118"
