prips 0.0.0.0/0 does fails to enumerate anything useful

Bug Description

Run: prips 0.0.0.0/0
Expected behaviour: 0.0.0.0 through 255.255.255.255 is output
Actual behaviour: A single line - 0.0.0.0
Hotfix: use `echo 0.0.0.0/1 128.0.0.0/1|xargs -n1 prips` instead

Hello Martin,

I am sorry no one got to this bug earlier, but this was already fixed upstream long back.
From Bionic (has v1.0.2-1) onward, this is working as expected, that is, running prips 0.0.0.0/0 prints all IPs from 0.0.0.0 through 255.255.255, so I am marking this as fixed. Should you feel that it's still a problem, let me know. Thanks!
