pptp crashed with SIGSEGV

Whenever I try to connect, pptp crashes immediately on 12.04. Very infrequently (~1/20-30 times) it will actually successfully connect. It then remains connected for some amount of time before crashing. This has worked on prior versions, though I skipped 11.10 so that wasn't tested.

I can't figure out how to access the bug to see if mine is a duplicate. Attemping to access bug #205684 just gives me a 404 error. Is this duplicate report in error?

It's been ~4 months and the problem still exists. I can't see the bug this is supposed to be a duplicate of, so I have no way of knowing if this is actually a duplicate or if that was noted incorrectly.

It happened now when I was using a VPN connection, then Internet failed (and thus, VPN was lost). Then the message showing it crashed appeared.

I'm actually not sure how significant this affects me, because I don't recall ever seeing this crash previously. If it repeats itself, I'll comment then.
