Bug Description

I was setting up pppoe on a clean 13.10 system with two eth* interfaces, and the access connector is on eth1 (which was correctly identified by pppeconf). eth0 was physically disconnetced through the whole process.
After being generated /etc/ppp/peers/dsl-provider contained the line "plugin rp-pppoe.so" which didn't work. Manually modifying it to "plugin rp-pppoe.so eth1" fixed it.

On a related note, running "pon dsl-provider" prior to changing the file caused a bunch of garbage to be periodically printed to the terminal until the connection was terminated with poff.
