Binary package hint: ppp
I'm using "Fritz! X USB" ISDN hardware from AVM to connect to the internet. I configured ppp to use dial-on-demand, which worked flawlessly in Ubuntu Dapper and Ubuntu Edgy. However, i doesn't work in Ubuntu Feisty, even though I'm using exactly the same configuration as in Dapper and Edgy.
I will post my /etc/ppp/peers/provider file later. |

Please note that I can connect using pppd, only dial-on-demand doesn't work.
My /etc/ppp/peers/provider file looks like this:
sync
noauth
defaultroute
usepeerdns
user ********
plugin capiplugin.so msn *****
number ***
protocol hdlc
/dev/null

ipcp-accept-local
ipcp-accept-remote
connect 'exit 0'
persist
demand
idle 10
holdoff 10
maxfail 0
active-filter 'outbound and not ((icmp[0] == 3) or (tcp[13] & 5) != 0)'
