rtas_errd: systemd executable permission bits messages in system logs

---uname output---
4.0.0-4-generic

Machine Type = POWER8

Steps to Reproduce
==========================
1) Install Ubuntu 15.10 as a Power VM guest.
2) install ppc64-diag package.
3) Start rtas_errd service

Following messages are seen in /var/log/syslog

Configuration file /usr/lib/systemd/system/rtas_errd.service is marked executable. Please remove executable permission bits. Proceeding anyway.

Jul 8 10:08:01 alp10 systemd[1]: Configuration file /usr/lib/systemd/system/opal_errd.service is marked executable. Please remove executable permission bits. Proceeding anyway.
Jul 8 10:08:01 alp10 systemd[1]: Configuration file /usr/lib/systemd/system/rtas_errd.service is marked executable. Please remove executable permission bits. Proceeding anyway.

The rtas_errd service is started correctly. This defect is filed to address these messages.

Remove the execute permission bits from *.service. This fixes following systemd-warning:
Configuration file /usr/lib/systemd/system/rtas_errd.service is marked executable.
Please remove executable permission bits.
