Trying to remove GNOME3 PPA results in segmentation fault due to missing package

Bug Description

When I try to purge the ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3 PPA, ppa-purge segfaults because it can't find a pacakge libgnome-desktop-3-7 for Raring.

Here's the output:
